Changing the colour of the UI

Is it possible to do this? If so, how is it done? I have DesktopX installed and have had a look at the .dxpacks but haven't found anyway to change the colours.

I know it can be done, as in DA the UI is red. Can anyone help?

I wanted to ask, a graphics only mod like the black ui, can it be used with meta games or will I be risking the cheat flag?

I think this shouldn't be a problem =o)

you can't cheat with a window^^

just if you put in a button "win" or "kill" and they function
