WinCustomize.com does not recognize Stardock License

Hello, I wonder if I am doing something wrong.  In the last 24+ hours, I just purchased ODNet.  I had a pre-existing WinCustomize account.  Both have the same email addres (I have double checked).  For some reason, however, I cannot get WinCustomize.com to recognize my Level 4 status.  It keeps asking me to buy a subscription.  Cookies for WinCustomize. com are permitted.  If I try the associate email addresses page (cannot find it now), it balks, as I am using the same email address for both. What could I be doing wrong?  Is there a problem on the WinCustomize side? Cheers, Schutzhund

Okay, now I am really even more confused. I just found in the My Account section that it indeed says Level 4. Why, then, can I not download the freebie announced 12/22 on the Stardock site (https://www.stardock.com/newsitem.asp?id=938)? When I try, I get this message, "Your access level does not permit you to download the WinCustomize Premium Skin Suites. To obtain access you must be a WinCustomize Subscriber. Click here to learn more about the WinCustomize Subscription or purchase it now!" When I click the WinCustomize "click here" link, I get the page that tells me all about the different levels, including Level 4 info. I am going in circles here.....

Is a Level 4 not considered a subscriber and therein lies my problem?

Level 4 is for "Current Customers" who have purchased produts.  To be able to download the premium suites on Wincustomize, you will need to be a paid subscriber to Wincustomize.
