subscriber level

Greetings to all.
about two months ago I purchased windowblinds from Stardock after using the public version for quite some time.
However, Wincustomize will only upgrade me to level 3, and the panel says I should be level 4.
I would like to download the Wincustomize Suite that I received email about in the magazine.
Can anyone tell me how to get this thing upgraded? Have I missed something?

I did the crossing thing since I use more than one email address.

You should just be able to click on "Subscriber Resources" on the left side of the main Wincustomize page (about half way down) and the link to download the new Suite should be there.  Be sure you are logged-in to Wincustomize.com.

Thanks friend, but it tells me I don't have sufficient level to download it.
The help screen tells me that level three is for those who purchased from Stardock more than 12 months ago (I think) but I just bought Windowblinds about a month or two ago.

It's for a Wincustomize.com subscription for helping to support the site and not for purchasing WindowBlinds. I hope this clears things up for you.

That would make you a Current Customer (level 4, as you said) Your profile says exactly that "User Level: CurrentCustomer (4)". But that doesn't make you a WC Subscriber (lever 5). The WC Select suite is for subscribers. A subscription to WinCustomize is a completely different thing, than purchasing products from Stardock. The WC sub, is meant to help support the website, and entitles one to unlimited downloads from all libraries, as well as special content, such as this suite.

Hope that helps to clear up the confusion.
