You might try using Stardock Central, entering your serial #, and downloading from there...just a thought.

I had the same problem awhile back d/loading Premium Suites - it stopped at 5 mbs each time...it was because the server that d/load is on doesn't have a " resume " feature.

I did have better luck downloading using a free download manager that bichur gave me a link to.
Leechget:
WWW Link

If that doesn't work - i'd suggest bringing it to the attention of Karmagirl as she was the one that fixed the server link problem for the premium suites that dial uppers were having trouble with.

Still not resolved....tried a download manager(Get Right)it didn't help.....interupted at 16mb, it said server busy(also said "this server does not support resuming" Back to square one...again! I hate it when a server bumps you off and you can't resume.....catch 22. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Carolelee,

I am sorry you haven't found a solution to this yet. I am sure it is in the queue for Stardock Support, but if you don't hear back from them by tomorrow, please post again here and I will send this to them directly.

Thanks,
Jenny
