Windows Visual Style File

Can anyone tell me how to open a Windows Visual Style File so I can modify the pictures in a theme and the start button I have the theme I like running but I dont like the picture in a certain part of the theme or the start tab and I wanna change them and cannot figure out how to open the theme to see the picture and start tab that I wanna change.Thanks.

If your speaking about a .msstyle file, then you can open that in SkinStudio.

Isn't the Vista .msstyle different from the XP? Is SKS Vista-ready?
