cant down load windows blinds

hey i purchased windows blinds last night and received my receipt from pay pal with a receipt id and a item number but i have not received any down load links can any one help me

You should have received an e-mail with the serial number and download link for your purchase. Fill-in your email address used to purchase WindowBlinds in the area indicated in the following link - Support Link

Be sure your email is able not accept mail from Stardock.

Ive Tried that and and again with the link hankers sent me i get the email but it does not have the serial number or download link to windows blinds i dont know if it matters but i bought my copy of windows blinds before i downloaded star dock does this matter ??

Does not matter on the timing. If you did not receive an email with the serial number and link then you need to contact support@stardock.com or sales@stardock.com with your purchase information.
