Regarding the pre-order

I pre-ordered the DA, and have the following question; if the charging on my bank-account doesn't go through (lack of funds, other problemswith bank etc), will I have to pre-order again? The reason I ask this is because I don't want to risk pre-order two DA's and get charged twice.

If you don't get an email with info on getting the DA beta by tomorrow morning, you can contact sales@stardock.com and ask about the status of your preorder. You'll still have a week or so to re-preorder and get into the beta in any case, so don't worry.

Hay guys, im an idiot. I have an email with all the information required for me to get DA but I cant seem to find the link anywhere. all the links in the email are for support, this or that but nothing about going to any particular site, punching in my info and downloading DA. what am i doing wrong?

If your charge did not go through we will not be attempting to re-charge your pre-order.  So yes, you will need to place a new order.  If you are uncertain about the status of your order please contact sales@stardock.com for additional help.
