I cannot delete Stardock (a .zip file)

One of my friends gave me his stardock file with everything included like windowblinds and everything..windowfx...

Well it must of been a cracked version or a bad one. All i have is the .ZIP file on my computer and i cannot delete it!! It says Sorry but somone is currently using this. Please close out of any programs that are using the file or something like that! The reason i want it off is becuase when i use my virus scanner it just stops and pauses and does not go past this .ZIP file! Please help me!!

Stealing is wrong. And what you did was willing theft.

But . . you have the chance to do the right thing.

Boot in safe mode and then delete the file.
While in safe mode, go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and do a virus scan.

If you have spyware, run it.

Okay thanks alot! And im sorry! Never knew it could do any hamr, but i was talking to someone else and they said the business lossed profit so i will buy it! I am sorry but thanks for your help Zubaz!!
