How do I download Object Desktop...

after an OS reinstall?

after having reinstalled xp, I have no way of installing Object Desktop...I have Stardock Central...but it does not offer me the option of reinstalling the applications...anyone know the solution? Mods? Admin? what's the method used by Stardock for these contingencies?

Once you install SDC you need to enter your serial number to allow you to download the applications.

If you have forgotten you serial numbers you can get them sent to you by going Tools | Look up serial number.

When you get teh email from Stardock, go to Tools | Register Products. On the right side panel, select either the Object Desktop Subscription or the individual apps and enter your email and serial number. Click Update. You should get a confirmation.

In the SDC main page select Object Desktop (top left). A list of all available apps will appear on the right. Select the app you want in stalled and click the install button to the right.

You should be fine then.

Thank you so much...actually I have a problem...my email address has changed an I cannot be reached at that address

Send an email to sales@stardock.com or support@stardock.com with your old email and new email. It will probably take a couple of days. I had to do it last week and it worked fine.
