Lost Minor Races

I just updated to 1.4 after being away for a while.

Every game I play seems to have no minor races in it even though I dont't turn them off in the game setup. (The Minor races tab is grey). Is this just unlucky? How can I check to see if they are enabled/get them back? Maybe a bug?

Playing on bigger maps with fewer major races will generally result in more minors spawning.

Note that even if there are minors, the minors tab will remain unavailable until you actually meet one of them.

Also make sure you haven't disabled them with the option at game creation.

I have 6 in my current one as well, or I did until I destroyed 5 of them.

For a real interesting game play on huge and everything to rare all races enabled plus minor races, No sense in colonising and that 1 planet you start with plus your colonisable(minus Thalans) will be very important planets.
