meta claims i cheated on game

when i most certainly did not. i dont even use casual mods. if its of any relevance, the computer actually cheated against me. when i declared war on them, out of the the blue hundreds if not thousands of corvettes appeared. the entire map was literally covered in yellow. when i tried setting ships on auto attack, they said nothing was in attack range (bs). so yea, just wondering if that matter could be cleared up.

Might be one of a few reasons for the cheat flag...

1. You are using a custom race and have upgraded to a newer version of the game.

2. You are using a save game from an older version and have updated.

3. The version you are using is 1.2 or 1.3 and these versions did have some errors in them.

If it isn't one of the above then please let us know what settings you were using, the specifics of your race and the game version you are running.

One thing to remember is that you should only update after finishing your current game. That or abandon the game and start a new one once the update is complete.

You submitted that game with a non-final version of 1.3. Of the 1.3 series, only 1.31 is supported fully on the metaverse, not the preceding beta versions.

There is an unwritten rule that you should always start afresh when you update. Most updates change fundamental aspects of the game that will not work fully on a n old saved game

Actually, save games from older versions shouldn't cause the cheater flag on their own.  There was just one version where there was a bug in the load game code that was tripping the cheater flag.

that was it, i started with 1.31 and then upgraded to 1.4

is there ne way to allow my score to count or at least erase it?

In the past the answer has been no - it is there unless you delete all your games.

Just a little warning. Do NOT use INVADER-Mods races for Metaverse games unless you reset the picks and overwrite them for the new game version (1.31-1.40X) They have been seriously manipulated and some even created from scratch race files. So unless you re-create them, I don't recomend using them. (for Metaverse)
