Skins Not working

from Stardock Forums
For some reason whenever I try to apply a skin, it changes the theme to windows classic, but not the skin I choose. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Open the WIndowBlinds Configuration screen and click System Information. Copy and paste that information screen here.

while it's open, you might wander over to Stardock and peruse the Object Desktop list and compare the individual prices with the ODNT package price
