You'll get free updates for a year, after that time you will have to renew your subscription in order to get more updates.

You will need to renew in a year if you want to continue getting the latest updates, but once you purchase it you can use it forever!

You continue receiving updates made to WindowBlinds until the next whole number version release. So if you purchase WindowBlinds today at version 5.1, you will receive updates until version 6.0 is released. At that point, if you do not wish to upgrade, everything released prior to 6.0 is yours to keep.

Thats why your best bargain is to purchase object desktop - $49.95 you get a ton of programs. You get all updates for 1 year. Then if you renew OD its only $39.95 for the next year. Its really the best way to go - window blinds alone is $19.95
Just thought id mention that..

Sir Bichur ....I just had a question for you - hopefully you will see this so I dont have to make a new thread for a quick question.

A few weeks back you gave me a link to a download manager ( pretty sure it was you , although a few others were mentioned at the time ) I believe you left the link for " Leechget " which works out quite well for me. I just was wondering if im missing a preference ...when I click on a link in my email or while in Firefox ( Firefox is my default browser) The link just starts a download as it normally would. But if I paste the URL in my AOL browser ( which is nothing more than IE ) It will auto launch Leechget for me. Is there a way to get it to launch if your browser is Firefox ?

sorry couldn't get back sooner.. at work.

yeah bummer. haven't decided if I'll wait (have FF exe downloaded but not installed) - usually doesn't take them long

I use the leechget extension - it doesn't give the direct connection the 'catch explorer clicks does' but it works alright & give the option of using LG manager to pick where you want it to go.

There is also the option to 'show drop place' which allows you to drag the link to it and drop it in, instead of right clicking

I was pleasantly surprised Leechget went back to the old download limit - was kinda irked when they changed it to one at a time.
