a certain dragged icon does not open prgm

I have a program called 1 click DVD copy whose shortcut is on my desktop. I have dragged this shortcut to an objetcdock tab. But after i click the same the SAID PROGRAM DOES NOT OPEN AND GIVES ME AN APPLICATION ERROR. I then tried to link the program's exe file directly yo open the same but it still does not open. It's like the program will accept links only if they are on the desktop . Are they progranms like this too that will not open through the object dock interface?? or is there any other solution

have you right clicked on OD, add, new shortcut, browse to the exe?

I just downloaded the app to test this. Will not open with ObjectDock. Doesn't matter what method I use to create a shortcut. Will not open with RightClick. But you can create an DesktopX object, and it will open.
I've never seen this behavior with any other program I've tried, so I suspect the problem is with 1Click. But I'm no programmer...... so take my suspicion for what it's worth.

email support@stardock.com with as much info about the app as you can provide. Email the app vendor too.

If you do not get an automated reply from SD, go to https://www.stardock.helpserve.com and check your ticket status there. If it's not there an email bug ate it but you can create a case from there and all will get fixed.
