Dialog Box Icons

A quick search of this forum turned up nothing on this. Does anyone know how to change the icon for a generic folder in dialog boxes, such as "Open"? I've tried two other software programs and neither they nor IconPackager change these icons. Am I missing something obvious here? Thanks for any help.

The icons in all my "Open" dialogs match the IconPackage I'm using. Could be Enhanced File Dialog (one of the Object Desktop apps) is doing that...... I'm really not sure.

I don't have Enhanced File Dialog. I've been noticing this problem since I started playing around with icons, before I found Object Desktop. I'd very much appreciate some help on this. Thanks, Koasati, for your reply.
