Your question is irrelevant because:

1) You have not upgraded your O/S to a legitimate one. Vista RC1 is a beta release.
2) You are assuming that Stardock is going to have to release a new and separate version of WindowBlinds for Vista. It is possible that a simple update, via SDC will provide the necessary changes, which anyone with a valid license would be able to get free of charge.
3) You made the choice, evidently, to install Vista RC1 as an upgrade over XP rather than doing a clean install on a separate partition or HDD. I can't see why Stardock should be responsible for that unwise choice.

It's well known Vista is incompatible with a lot of programs. A utility like Windowblinds that works at the system level is not going to be too happy with Vista in any version.

Stardock has publically announced you are in good standing with your choice:

Stardock Launches Object Desktop 2007 with Vista in Mind

From this article:

Stardock chose late Summer 2006 for the release of Object Desktop 2007 because of the impending release of Windows Vista. Users who purchase Object Desktop 2007 automatically receive a one-year subscription to ObjectDesktop.net which provides free updates and new programs to Object Desktop.

Windows Vista is expected to be released early 2007 – well within the 1-year free update period. Stardock is working on enhancements to the programs that make up Object Desktop that will take full advantage of the new capabilities in Microsoft’s next-generation operating system.

“We want to make sure that our customers not only get the most out of Windows XP, but also the most out of Windows Vista,” said Wardell.

FYI, I'm using WindowFX on Vista with fantastic results.
