Send to Tray Problems in 32bit Colour

I find that I am unable to send anything to tray in 32-bit colour mode for WB5 skins with transparency. When I attempt to send something to tray in 32-bit colour for say: aerial or iFlex WB5 non-compact, it simply defaults to the resize option. Is there a way to fix this?

That is, I set double-click on a window's taskbar to be send to tray. Right click is still default.
