Moving elements / groups

I cannot find a way to move elements or groups across bars and menus using the theme editor. E.g. I have a fairly large pop-up menu I want to move to another menu. It would take quite some time recreating this menu in another menu.
I also tried "drag-and-drop", but that doesn't work in fly-out menus.

You could try grovelling around in the bars .obbar file and copy/paste from one to the other. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for the theme editor to get improved though
