Animations not changing plus problem with Vista plus skin

I changed skins in windowblinds 5 (5.01 build 78X86) and the copy delete et al animations are not changing. I have checked the settings even trying to force a certian animation and it won't change. anyone else have this issue. Also while i'm at it I downloaded Vista Plus and it works fine except on ie7 rc1 the toolbar is black. All other skins work fine with this program. Adni18 did a great job but it's unusable with IE7 on a XP home SP2 computer.

Thanks Myles Bauer, I don't know yet why this "black toolbar" appears in some applications... As soon as I find the solution I will fix it.

This black bar only happens when you have enabled the classic style menus on the application. Removing them takes away the black bar.
