glitch with the 1.31 installer for french version

The 1.31 patch now patches correctly the french version. The strange thing is that the english files are correctly patched whenever the install is. But the french files are installed in directories located below the directory where the installer is.

In short, if the install program is in the Galciv2 directory, everything is fine. But if the install programe is elsewhere, the french directories won't be correctly patched.

Cari has passed word to Kris so hopefully we can get the installer repacked ASAP, thanks for spotting the problem.

Well, it wasn't quite ASAP, but I've done it now. And included a slight fix to a bit of text in the French version as well. This only impacted the standalone download. New version up on the Downloads page at galciv2.com (galciv2_131_bonuspack_092106.exe).
