MFC Runtime Module (error messages)

error messages frm Joann B Rios

MFC Runtime Module
I get this message when trying to open different stardock applications.
This application or DLL can not be loaded on Windows 95 or Windows 3.1. It takes advantage of Unicode features on Windows NT. I have Windows ME.
I downloaded the new Control Center and now I get the message that it will expire tomorrow unless I register it. How do I get the reg. #? I have several other issues but will put them in another email.
Please help, jrbarona

did you get it via SDC?

if you got it from Stardock, it should be the latest you are entitled to based on your subscription status.

But how? I've tried everything that I know. If you have some ideas I would appreciate it.
Thanks, JRBarona

Stardock Central

register your serial(s) - either in tool or click down at the bottom right in SDC

enter your email and they will send serial(s) to what you purchased

I have been a member since 2001. I have gotten email from stardock saying I have purchsed windowblinds 1.x, desktopx 2.x, sd central component manager, IconX and the serial #s to these products. I have reregistered each year and the fee.

The serial you got when you purchased it should work. If it's old, the subscription may be up, but you should still be able to register to version you paid for (including any updates during an active subscription)

When I had to reformat a while back, I lost Webblinds which came with my first ODNT subscription - it not supported anymore and didn't show up when I reinstalled SDC and entered my serial for ODNT.

I contacted sales and asked about webblinds and they sent me a link

contacting sales may be an option since according to another post:

Control Center has unfortunately been made obsolete by Stardock Central, and is no longer supported.

It's functions have basically been taken over by Object Bar and Virtual Desktops

Please don't you understand I registered every year $49.95 and then 34.95 since but all I supposedly have purchased is the things on my last post. I am supposed to have everything plus updates. And every thing I have is the free version of all the products.
