Taskbar freezes when booting up with WindowBlinds

I have WindowBlinds 5.0 and I'm using a Vista theme by Windows X that enables the glass look. Everything is working fine except that when I boot up my PC the taskbar completely freezes up and it becomes unresponsive including my desktop. It appears that explorer.exe is freezing up and I end up having to reboot the PC several times before the taskbar finally completely loads and becomes responsive. If I unload WindowBlinds then I no longer have this problem. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Have you tried a different skin? It may just be a problem with that skin.

I would also say your graphics card might not be up to the job.

Yes you're right. It was the skin. I had fixed this issue late last night shortly after posting by simply using the option in WindowBlinds to use another taskbar in another theme but maintain the same theme. So what I did was I simply checked the box under XP overides and selected another vista task bar but I'm using the rest of the vista theme by Windows x and now the problem is resolved.
