Ship auto-select

When I downloaded the last beta I seem to run into a minor problem. When I have several ships waiting for movement commands, before, it'd advance to each one till they all were taken care of. With this patch, I have to use the FIND button to cycle through my ships. I'm wondering that if there might be some setting somewhere to turn this feature back on. Does anyone know where it is?
