Hard to create Web Page Link

from Stardock Forums
I have the hardest time create an web page link object on OD
Can someone please tell me the easiest way? to do so. All i want
is a Link object to a webpage.

Drag a link from browser to desktop.
Drag link from desktop to OD

That dont work , because when you delete the link from your desktop, the
link on OD is corupted,

Add new shortcut.
In the Properties dialog,
LINK = .html (from dropdown list)
ARGUMENTS = web address

After you make a new shortcut, you can just type a web address in the link box.
