Scrollbars not working

For some reason when I load a skin, it loads default windows classic scrolls bars, no skins, no styles, not even the windows XP styled scrollbars. This is in every window, not just Internet explorer. Even in a skin I made myself, with custom scrollbars, WindowsBlinds isn't loading them. Any way to fix this?

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on "View my system information". Copy/paste that info here.

The trial version doesn't skin the scrollbars.
