Switching Governments

I noticed that on wiki it says that the text for the acutal goverments when you are choosing is wrong on what they do. It is suppose to be only economic bonuses but the english.str file shows:
[GovBonuses0] Economic Bonus: 0%\nIndustrial Bonus: 0%\nResearch Bonus: 0%
[GovBonuses1] Economic Bonus: 25%\nIndustrial Bonus: 25%\nResearch Bonus: 25%
[GovBonuses2] Economic Bonus: 50%\nIndustrial Bonus: 50%\nResearch Bonus: 50%
[GovBonuses3] Economic Bonus: 75%\nIndustrial Bonus: 75%\nResearch Bonus: 75%

I took out the extra parts on each gov line to just show the economics. The str file changes the description now but I still don't see where the goverment effects my economy.

If I look at the percentages in the graphs section it shows 35% bonus for economics. I switch between the three governments and the 35% never changes. Does this mean that I really do not get any type of economic bonuses with the government switch or is the bonus just broken?

The bonuses are actually 10%, 20%, and 30% for governments other than Imperial.

Will that description be fixed in the next version? It'd be nice, I still forget from time to time.

Of course, the Diplomacy and Influence bonuses from the techs are worth getting them, even if you didn't need the economy. But still, a fix would be nice.

Thanks for the reply and clarification on the actual percentages. Wher does those 10/20/30 show up when they take effect?

The civilization summary screen that lists all of the abilities and bonuses does not change when I switch governments. I'm proably just missing it.
