You can go to "help" and select "check for updates". It will only download the update and not the full install.

I guess they haven't released the Linux update yet. Still at 1.5.0.5 which I am currently using. Will probably be out for Linux in a few days.

Yea, I've been using the built-in updater. Fortunatly hasn't been big downloads.
