WindowBlinds Problem

Can someone please help a brother out?

Hello, I'm new here and I recently downloaded Windowblinds 5.01 with bootskin and logonxp. When I started using windowblinds and it skinned everything i was impressed but a problem occured. The skin is supposed to look like this

and instead looked like this

You see the difference? The scrollbars look like the windows 2000 or 95 edition scrollbars. I then check out the problem and windowsblind said this

"indowBlinds 5.0 System Information Report:

STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

You have one monitor in total.

So it really disturbs me that everything else is perfect except for the scrollbars and the fact is that everytime i'm on the internet my computer slows down. Due to the fact that the windowblinds is in use. So can anybody help me wit this?

Is this the trial version of WindowBlinds, if so it has limitations features list trial/enhanced
As for slowing you down on the internet, WB should not do that.

I think it's the trial version's limitations.
The sysinfo doesn't mention activated.

Some of the dates also seem to be off.

If you want to use skins like Thunderstorm you need version 4.6
It's not a per pixel skin. It's likely you can run 4.6 without any problems.

There is no need to downgrade to 4.6. WindowBlinds 5 is perfectly capable of running non-perpixel skins. Also, if you attempt to use a perpixel skin and your video card doesn't support it, WindowBlinds will automatically show the nonperpixel frames that all skins include.

It looks like the problem here is simply that the trial version of WindowBlinds doesn't skin scrollbars, which isn't really a problem at all since it's by design.

Yep I have the trial version of wb 5.01 and I checked the limitations and it says it doesn't skin scrollbars so that's probably the problem. I like this program alot but it's too expansive for something that should be free seeming as how we already for the computer.Shouldn't really pay for the necessary features. I guess I'm gonna have to save my money up.   Thanks everybody for the help.

I would agree, if we were talking about MicroSoft.
