Help in installing Windowblinds

Ok, i know this is stupid.
But what is windowblinds? I'm kind of confused, because from what i know windowblinds is the 'THEME FOR YOUR COM(something like that)" or it's a programme for something.

Well, but my real question is... How do i install windowblinds.

Yeah, i've downloaded windowblind i want already, but i don't know how to install it. I hope someone would like to explain to me? thanks alot!

Once installed, you can either double click the "skin" you downloaded..........or place that skin into

thedriveyouinstalledwindowblindsinto - ie c:programmes/windowblinds just drop it into here.

you can also Right click your desktop, choose "properties- appearance...you will now see a drop down window with "windows and buttons"......click this to see the various "skins" you can choose from.

when you find one you want, just apply!

To go back to ordinary windows, choose "windows XP style".

Ok, so now this window blinds thingy comes out.
Am i supposed to make my own?
URGHHH.. because the file that i download does are all websites.
I don't know why.

ok, take your time.

1. right click your desktop
2. choose properties
3. click on "appearance" tab ot top
4. click the "windows and buttons" drop down arrow
5. in here, click on any of the "themes" you see, ie longhorn
6. click apply at the bottom

Are you now seeing windows in a different way?
