Can't add .ps to the list of custom file icons

It says it's there....

I'm trying to add .ps to the list of custom file types, and yes it does add it to the list in IP. But when I go to Package Builder to change the icon - it's not there. Can anyone reproduce this error I'm getting?

It did it with IP 3.11.104 and also 3.11.105 now.

I can add a bunch of other file types with no problem, but no luck with .ps.
