How to get different Toolbars to work in WB 5.01???

After setting to use the selected toolbar icons you need to change skins for it to take affect, just hitting apply changes will not change them.

It works for me.

Who me, them, That setting never takes affect for me without changin skins or a reboot.
If hit apply changes, nothing open, then open say My Music folder, no change.
If hit apply changes works for you Sir B. you must have a better version of WB than me,

I've noticed that too. Took me a while to figure it out though.

yep. close/open seems to be hit or miss. change skins much better.

The toolbars that have " File View etc) even when I have 'enabled' on still do not skin however. I have opened, closed, rebooted etc. Still wont skin. This happens on most of the new skins. Have been hsving this problem and have asked forhelp many times. I just don't know what to do. I have done everythig suggested, to no avail.

No matter what I do, I can not get that Arrow theme to work with Windows Blinds...

One other quick question....

How do I get the stuff above and below the black lines off there....

Basically, I want to narrow the white part down....

From first screeny I see default toolbar icons, are you running the trial version of WB, if so toolbar icons are disabled in the trial.
For the second, without knowing the skin; looks like you would need to edit the images for top and bottom panels of the start menu.

I'm actually running the paid version of WB.... Newst one.... I have the toolbar menu.

As for the second one, I edited it in PSP X, but when I put the Image back in, it's not transparent anymore. Why is that????

If you are running any other programs that would customize the toolbar (or task pane), I would suggest unloading it to start.

I would further suggest the following:

1 - Use WB configuration to select and apply the "Windows Classic" theme

2 - Unload WB

3 - Restore all icons to the XP default

4 - Reboot the computer

5 - Restore the XP default "Luna" theme via the Display Properties\Themes tab\Theme drop-down list.
6 - Start WindowBlinds and select one of the skins that came with the program (say - 5imple alpha, or DogmaX), but do not apply it yet.

7 - Go to the Toolbars section and select the "Always use the toolbar icons defined in the current skin" option, and then click the "Apply Changes" link on the left side of panel.

8 - Once the skin is applied, reboot the machine and then check for toolbar icon changes.

Note - this assumes you are running the full version of WindowBlinds.

The transparency is done in the image, not in WB. Image needs to be made with transparency to be transparent when applied.

For the toolbar icons, did you use the shareware version before buying the full version of WB. If so did you uninstall the shareware before installing the full version. Not uninstall shareware is known to cause issues when running paid version.

Uninstalled it completley. Thats the only part of the program that doesnt work for me.

You're using 'Arrow' WB....put the check mark in the top option in WB Config.
