trouble installed DTX from stardock central

Is anyone having trouble installing DTX using stardock central lately? I have been trying to get it installed on my laptop and the progress bar just says its downloading and downloading hitting 100% several times always downloading dx.sdc. Am I doing something wrong? Jose

Do you have it on your PC and putting a copy on the laptop?

Use SDC to create archives on the PC - install SDC on the laptop - put a copy of the archives on the lap top - use SDC to restore the archives.

Corky O has a tutorial on archiving with SDC at Wincustomize. Employer blocked so I can't give a link.

I too am having problems installing DesktopX. But I'm not looking to move it. I just restored my computer from a Acronis Image from last December and now I'm trying to update all of my Object Desktop items.

I've uninstalled DesktopX and now I'm trying to reinstall, but no joy. It just keeps downloading dx.sdc over and over again. Any help please?

In SDC, under 'tools', 'settings', 'internet' = have you tried changing servers?
