Does DirectSkin support windows CE 5.0? Can I use it in eMbedded Visual C++?

Sorry but DirectSkin does not support Windows CE. Only the desktop versions of Windows.

Thanks. How about WindowBlinds? I think it also doesn't support wince then, does it?

Correct. Windows CE is a very different OS to other versions of Windows.
