Title Screen Modding

Does anybody know how to mod the title screen (the screen with new game/load game etc), the logo and the background picture. I have tried finding a photo and renaming it properly but that doesn't work.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I've managed to get the picture to appear, but it's obscured by a smaller version of the title screen video.

The quick and dirty fix is to put an empty file called TitleAnim.bik in the movies directory.

Save an empty text file in notepad and then rename the file. Then kick yourself
