1.2 Iconian Refugee bug

I'm playing my second 1.2 game and in both games I see that Iconian Refugees are not expanding at all. They don't produce even a single ship - only have the flagship and the colony ship which they use to colonize the 2nd planet in the home system. I could happily colonize other planets in their sector after many turns, by which they could have produced at least 5 or maybe even 10 colony ships...

And BTW, announcing a new expansion set is great, but the base version is still not really shining. There are some buildings (mostly wonders) which are useless or not working properly, some minor bugs, annoyances, etc. Despite of all the heavy work done on the game i would rather make it glossy first, before tackling a new expansion set.

There is a bug that can cause some AIs to be set on braindead if you only choose the overall difficulty. Best bet is to set all the AIs intelligence manually so that you achieve the overall difficulty you want, until this is fixed.

I'm all for an expansion but the base game still needs a little polish first. There are one or 3 more little niggles that need ironing out first

Patch 1.3 is underway--hopefully that will get the last few (or new) noticable bugs out.
