Problem with Objectbar

Hi, I am having a problem with part of my ObjectBar software, when I check the "Replace the container's content temporarily with the menu items of the currently active window" box, it works ok, except in Photoshop, where it does this:

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Adobe does not like Stardock...I don't believe this is a problem that can or ever will be fixed.
