Help Installing the Utopia Icon Suite?

Alright so I purchased and downloaded the Utopia Icon Suite and downloaded an application called "utopia_icons-complete", but at that point I'm lost. When I try to run it I get a message saying it's not a valid Win-32 application, and I can't figure out how to open it in IconPackager. Could someone please help me and tell me what's going on and how to do this?

First, congradulations on your purchase, Paul Boyer is an icon genius...I love his work. Now, I have never downloaded a premium icon suite, so I am unsure as to what format it comes in. If it's a .iconpackage, .iptheme, or .ip then your fine. If it's zipped, then you need to extract it. Right click the zip>extract to a location of your choosing. Now, open IconPackager and click "Install New Package", then click "Instal from disk", now just locate the file (wherever you saved it to) and click open. Once this is done, locate the installed icon pack in IconPackager, highlight it, click load, then click apply. Voila, you have just installed your package.

Bichur... I think he has IconPackager, since he mentions

Utopia_Icons_complete is an EXE file. If you're getting that error message, it's probably due to a corrupted download. Try downloading it again. If it still doesn't work, contact sales@stardock.com

Yes, thank you KiloKrash and Koasati for your help. I indeed tried to redownload it though, so it probably would be a good idea to contact Sales about this.

Absolutely right Super K.
It's been a real long week.

And like KiloKrash I haven't purchased an Icon set yet, had no idea they came as .exe.
