How do I add things to ObjectDock?

I know, total noob question

from Stardock Forums
I've just downloaded ObjectDock, it installed great, and I love it. Now how do I add programs, folders, and shortcuts to the dock? I've looked around, searched the forums, and can't find decent directions on how to add things to the dock. I'm ready to get all these icons off my desktop - thanks.

Just start dragging icons/folder etc. to the dock. To remove, drag off the dock.
