Problems Installing

Are there any secrets for downloading and installing this monster. I've downloaded successfully twice, but had installation interrupted with a file not found message. I've got the extraction/copy log (etr.log) in case anyone is interested. TIA for any help.

If you could email the log file to me (bclair@stardock.com) that would be great. We didn't run into any issues on testing the update.
