good themes for win 2000?

Hey all, I have win 2000 at work...and would really like to make it less drab, however alot of skinds are tempermental with win 2000...one of the problems is we us a communication program called sametime, and normally when someone messages you, the taskbutton blinks...almost everysingle theme prevents this...

Hmm.  Seems like the Flashing Button worked in Win2K - I certainly included a graphic for it my skins back when.  I use ObjectBar (1.65) as a TaskBar replacement on my Win2K rigs & the flashing notification works in OB, but it's been so long since I used WB with the native taskbar that I just don't remember if taskbar notification worked or not.
