Please Activate my Game

Hello, The game is ok and I'm somewhat satisfied, but I bought a new computer and cannot play in this notebook anymore. Now please activate my game so I can play in my home computer. I have followed the steps indicated in the Sticky thread about offline activation but I never received a reply. I did that twice and my frustration is get increasingly displeasant.
