unable to download components in stardock central

error 13

from Stardock Forums
Bought WB5 then upgraded to Object Desktop. Stardock central shows components but gives error 13 unable to open downloaded file list. Uninstalled and reinstalled WB5 but same problem. Any ideas?

can't tell which way you've done what, so my suggestion(s):

did you register in SDC after installing it? tools or click down on the bottom right-
input your odnt serial (it wil cover everything including wb - you can uninstall wb5 then reinstall via sdc

if you have already done that, try changing servers - tools, settings, internet
