A Few Questions

Q1: I Have bought and registered object desktop somewhere within the past 2 weeks, so does that mean i have the latest versions so far? (e.g. DesktopX 3.something etc.)

Q2: In skin studio and icon developer, i have unchecked the option to incorporate them into windows shell but their options still appear in the right-click menu for a picture or wallpaper, how do i fix this?

Q3: What do I do when i try to unzip a zipped file and it says "Please insert the last disk of the Multi-volume set"?

Q4: Am I only supposed to get WindowBlinds 4 With Object Desktop? Also if i rollover my mouse on the tray icon for WB it says "WindowBlinds 4.5" and if i go to the about option it says "4.6" and if i go to the help manual it says "Thank you for purchasing this STANDALONE version of WindowBlinds" I Bought OBJECT DESKTOP!

1) Install Stardock Central. Link
It's the application manager for Stardock. It will allow you to upgrade, archive and install as you see fit.

2) Dunno. I'm worthless here. {No comments needed from the peanut gallery]

3) I haven't seen that in years. What are you unzipping? That feature exists four when the zip file is too big for the medium (It was bigger than one disk or CD). The last disk stored teh data needed to put the other file parts together to unzip.

4) Uninstall WB4. Then install WB5 via SDC (above)

Q1: Not necsessarily.....if you are using Stardock Central to download your OD apps, then take a look at the bottom left of the interface. There is a checkbox marked "show pre-release versions, and if that is checked, then you will be seeing the very latest betas of all the apps, otherwise you will only see the latest public releases.

Q2: not sure, but is it such a bad thing to incorporate them?

Q3: No idea....sorry.

Q4: This might relate to question 1....... you may have the public release versions....If you want the betas, (like WB5) go check the box mentioned in Q1.

Sorry I can't help further, but I'm sure someone will be able to help further before long........sit tight.
