Upgrade pickle

Everything was going great , I just traded the Arceans for Research Centers ...
And the border war with the Drengs had turned my way (after some tuff space battles)
So the Space Marine Assault Force moved in on a Dreng border system with two nice
worlds (one PQ11, one PQ10) ...
The simo invasions grabbed both planets in 1 turn !!!
Great news, huh ?? - No way !!!!
On one planet I got the manufact Cent and on the other, got Bank upgrade ...
Now almost every building on all my planets are in a Looong unplanned re-build..
And the Dreng are mad, and on my other border the Yor fleets are gathering...

This could get UGLY ...

Research stock markets now to deal with the Banking centres, if it's really a problem, cancel the upgrades. Move the Manu plants to the top so that things build faster.

I never really got the big 'problem' with these things. Sure, it takes a while, but once it's done you'll be in a better position.

Status update:

The econ situation is not bad, but I cannot buy all these upgrades ...
The TURN button will eventually help, but the military situation is
going to be a challenge...
Switched all planets to max social prod. Hope the damaged ships repair FAST.
I did find a "boost repair rate" anomally earlier ...
