tabbed dock jumps to side of screen during resolution changes bug

Is the bug that causes tabbed docks to jump to the side of the screen and cease to display names of dock entries on mouse-over still not fixed??
I know other poeple were having the same problem and there were multiple forum posts about this before, and no solution, so I was expecting it to be fixed in Version 1.3. alas!
does any one know about a fix for this problem other than unchecking 'lock dock position' dragging the dock back in place and then restarting?

this is what I am using now
Windows XP
objectdock plus 1.3
800x600
radion 9550SE

My one tabbed dock (autohiding at the top) migrates from my primary monitor to my secondary monitor on any fresh load of object dock, as if it isn't remembering its position on screen.

Perhaps it is because my primary monitor is on the left (called Monitor 2 by display settings and nvidia control panel) while my secondary monitor is on the right (called Monitor 1). I am using Dual View mode with Monitor 2/left at 1600x1200 and Monitor 1/right at 1920x1200.

Does that help?

Note that my 5 other zoomer docks do not have any problems remembering their homes.
