Can I save Icon Positions while using IconX?

I used IconX a while back and it was irritating that I could not save my icon positions. I tried several programs and as long as IconX wasn't loaded they worked great. With IconX loaded, nothing worked. I'd even try unloading and loading IconX hoping it would re-initialize at least. But nothing sort of a reboot worked and I suspect that only worked because I use DeepFreeze.

So has anything changed? Has any newer versions come that have a save and restore feature for icon positions?
