Tabbed Dock on Bottom Keeps Disappearing Since OD+ 1.3

Ever since upgrading to OD+ 1.3 my tabbed dock on the bottom keeps disappearing. If I open OD+ Settings>Manage My Docks>Edit Dock and deselect "Always On Top" it immediately appears again.


I've had this set of docks working for many months now. What was changed in 1.3 that could be affecting this?

Standard feature from a previous build may have been forced on.
The feature of concern is the Attach to edge command.
The solution (for real), is to turn all auto-hiding docks OFF.
If you reinstall OD+1.3 (it'll be 526u), you should get this shfifty-five style behavior OFF!!!

If that does not work, if you use Normal Z-Ordering, turn that off too. Anyone who uses the Show Desktop commands will accidentaly hide the docks set to this mode. The steps to make it shut the f up on that is dependent on the dock.

Animate docks: Open the propeties for the dock. Positioning. Drop the box. Set dock to Always-On-Top.

Tab docks. In properties, go to positioning.
On the bottom is a checkpanel saying (Always on top). Click that box and forget about the options on the rightclick menu (they often act weird, disorienting you)...
