Custom Civilization Description

Is it possible to make a description for your custom Civ because I just assume you can when it says "Your civ is how you define it" so can you tell me if you can or can not?

Yeah, in the .xml file for the civs you can edit the civ and re-write it's description.

ConTEXT is a good XML editor if you don't already have one.

You can also just use notepad, minimal computer knowledge is needed to figure it out. But I'd be interested in seeing what context looks like.
