The cost of a good beginning

Hello all,
Before actually starting the game, how many times of [Main Menu->New Game->Next->Next->Next....] or Ctrl-N you guys need to repeat? Will you be excited when you get an incredible home planet? I were once so high that put a title '1000% luck' for a really good start. Do you agree that?

I never restart games, and I never hit Ctrl-N. If you get a bad start, then that will make the eventual victory all the more sweet.

Well. In most case I have the same opinion as yours except that once your have a limit of time to achieve your goal. This is particularlly obvious within the 3 years demo.

p.s. I guess you know that until now I am still playing the demo
